Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Psuya. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return unused items within:

  • 14 days (UK & EU customers) from the day you receive your order to notify us that you’d like to return it.

  • After notifying us, you then have 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Not a personalised or custom-made item (these are non-returnable unless faulty)

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund including postage costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

If you are returning a faulty item, we will cover reasonable shipping costs once the fault is confirmed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.
