This acrylic painting was inspired by Freddie Mercury’s song ” Love Kills”. I am a huge Freddie fan and I like the song a lot but I wanted to make it my own interpretation. Love is a beautiful feeling but unfortunately, most of it is our imagination. When the person doesn’t turn out to be the way we imagined, the relationship starts deteriorating. Love is deeper than physical attraction, it’s about getting along, respecting each other, accepting each other’s flaws, and feeling safe. Love doesn’t develop by just going out or exchanging gifts. Love grows with deep conversations where a couple discovers each other’s passions, life goals and grows together. We also confuse love with so many unrelated things. In reality, love doesn’t really kill you, but a broken heart and an obsessive mind can. Love doesn’t hurt but feeling a lack of love does. Love doesn’t make you suffer but trying to control the love or behavior of another person does. Love isn’t pain. Pain is from the loss of love and the inability to cope with that loss. Love by itself is beautiful. All the negative feelings and actions associated with love are the mind’s misinterpretation of what love really is. If it doesn’t heal, soften your heart, or lead you to an expansive existence, it is not love.

Refund Policy
If you are simply unhappy with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days from the date of delivery. You must package the painting in exactly the same fashion as it was when it arrived to you. I will email you my mailing address to return the painting.
Return shipping fees and shipping charges, are the customer’s responsibility.
Once I have the painting in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund (minus shipping charges) or with choosing a new piece (of equal or lesser value).
Commissioned original artworks are made-to-order and therefore not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns will not be accepted for any artwork that has been stretched, cropped, or altered in any capacity after purchase.
